A film advert for Green Cape Town - A Students Vision

Cape Town Green Map asked Ross Campbell why he chose to create a www.capetowngreenmap.co.za advert for his film studies graduate project.  

Ross had this to say about his film project, " For this project we had to come up with the entire Public Service Announcement concept, propose it and then once accepted, shoot and edit it together in the space of about 4 weeks. I chose to combine my Visual Effects project with this one on top of that.
 
I discovered Greenmap through the process of writing the concept - I needed a payoff, a solution to the crises, something that people could do about the problem presented and Greenmap was the perfect fit. You can find all the solutions you need for recycling, reusing and reducing in one place.

Every other website or company I looked at only had part of the story and, as you know, this kind of coordinated info is exactly what Cape Town needs to kick it's collective lethargy surrounding these issues into gear. Everything about Greenmap is clear - from the logo to the access, to the solution - a big help to me for my project and to everyone looking to contribute.
 
The VFX aren't that great and the voiceover could've been done by someone more professional, but I graduated with decent marks, so I'm pretty happy about that".
