Meet Melinda

Hi I’m Melinda Leonard, the new Cape Town Green Map intern from the United States. I am currently in my final year at Northeastern University located in Boston, Massachusetts. I am studying Communications with a concentration in media studies.

I am very excited to be a part of the Cape Town Green Community. At Cape Town Green Map I will be responsible for updating our blog content, and keeping our social media outlets active. I will be traveling around various places around Cape Town, and providing feedback about my experiences. 

I have been in Cape Town for two weeks, and have already been to Boulder’s Beach, hiked Lion’s Head, and went Shark Cage Diving in Gansbaai. I will be posting about those experiences in the near future.
