It is here… The popular Stellenbosch Fresh Goods market at the historical Oude Libertas wine estate is the leading gourmet food market in the Cape Winelands and has launched a special celebratory Food and Wine Fair from the 1st – 4th July 2010 as part of the Stellenbosch Wine Festival. We have extended our business hours from 11h00-21h00 daily to bring to the World the finest and largest selection of the Cape winelands local foods, restaurants, fresh produce, award-winning wines, original design, art and authentic South African entertainment, all in one stop.
Beat the fest crowds and come to the fresh country oak-lined piazza and vineyards of the Oude Libertas and taste the Cuisines of the World paired with wine selections from the Stellenbosch American Express® Wine Routes. Partake in chocolate-making and champagne and food pairing workshops. Park your car to use the shuttle bus service to visit the farms.
The Amphitheatre will showcase daily a fringe selection of local performing artists, music, drumming and dancing, so bring your cushions and sit back and enjoy the shows.
