What personal information Cape Town Green Map collects

Open Green Map

The Cape Town Green Map website makes use of the Open Green Map platform provided by Green Map System. When interacting with the embedded interactive map on the Cape Town Green Map you are also using the Open Green Map website.

Open Green Map requires anyone posting comments, impacts, ratings, videos, photos, etc. to provide a Screen name that is public and an email address and name that will be used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any third parties.

Sitemakers

Individuals or organisations that would like to add multiple sites to the Cape Town Green Map can register as a Sitemaker. This entails registration on the Open Green Map website and is subject to Open Green Map’s privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Except for the Screen name which is public, the required name, email address, and other information will be used for Open Green Map internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any third parties.
