- Composting of a percentage of kitchen waste is conducted onsite and in accordance with Heritage requirements, training in environmental and sustainability issues is ongoing.
- Energy and water consumption are measured and heat pumps are used for the heating of water.
- Guest awareness regarding water scarcity is practised and a greywater project is also being investigated currently.
