The City of Cape Town has three operational landfill sites. Bellville South landfill site is located in Sacks Circle and facilitates the disposal of general waste which cannot be reused or recycled, however, there is also a drop-off facility on site for recyclables.

- Cans and metal
- Glass bottles
- Plastic
- Polystyrene

All drop-off facilities will be closed on Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
